Jarrod & Amy wanted to convert some of their large internal access four bay garage into a high spec flat for their daughter to live in.

They had their plans drawn up already when they came to us (although we work with a great architect and can help with your plans if you still need drawings and consent).

They decided to build their flat a bit more high spec including high spec skirtings and architraves, a tiled bathroom with underfloor heating, a gorgeous double walk in wardrobe, a separate bedroom, and a kitchenette.

Our builders did a great job fitting this out and we were stoked to work with some of our favourite suppliers and contractors on this including Carters, Epic Windows & Doors, Summit Plumbing, and Bayside Electrical to name a few.
